They have been two beautiful years where we have greatly enjoyed meeting each other, during a weekend in Barcelona, every year it was to hug each other and share q***r tango with the entire community that was present.
As you can imagine, we as organizers work all year to ensure that every detail is in its place. And, after two beautiful editions of Barcelona Q***r Tango Festival, we have decided not to continue with the project all together, due to some difficulties in carrying out the great job of organizing an event of this nature.
We are sad to tell you that Barcelona Q***r Tango Festival, as we have experienced it these last two years, it won’t happen next year. But at the same time, tell them that we will continue doing other Q***r events in Barcelona…
Barcelona Q***r Tango Festival dissolves to give birth to two other events organized separately. Managed by La Despeinada (Ariadna and Keila), and ArgenFolk (Mariano Garcés Grizy).
We hope very soon to be able to inform you of the dates of these two new proposals that will be born after this great “boom” that was BCNQTF and that will always will remain in our hearts and for the Q***r history of Barcelona, as was the first to make its mark, Kilombo Q***r, by the group at that time, Tango Q***r Barcelona.
We have learned a lot in these years and we believe that it is the best option for everyone. We love you and hope to see you soon at the next milonga you find us.
