- About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Event & Operations Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or junior professional who is passionate about operations and exhibitions and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

- Responsibilities
• Assist in planning, coordination, and ex*****on of onsite operations and exhibitions
• Approach exhibitors, communicate with suppliers, contractors, venues & service providers
• Hiring team members for onsite operations
• Support onsite activities
• Prepare daily operational reports, checklists, and documentation
• Follow timelines and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Travel to support operations (local & international)
• Handle administrative tasks related to operations and exhibitions

- Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Based in Cairo
• 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• Fluent English – written & spoken
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Flexible to travel and work during events
