ICCH - Vision
As the voice of co-operatives, we are committed to educating our stakeholders about our efforts and how they fit within the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), helping cooperative enterprises respond to the UN’s call to action and collecting information about their contributions to the 2030 Agenda, in order to better position cooperatives as partners throughout the implementation process. Around the world, thousands of individual cooperative initiatives are constantly appearing to offer new economic models and new development approaches that are respectful of the fundamental universal values. New approaches are devised by academia and new learnings and experiences occur across the world that fundamentally add to the capability of cooperatives to meet the challenges that arise.
The ICCH’19 is a venue for cooperatives, stakeholders and the general public to learn more about the positive contribution to society in general. Covering a range of categories, the conference aims to provide a forum for researchers, practitioners, and professionals from both the industry and the academia to share their newest research findings and results in a forum that allows them to communicate face to face and discuss chances for possible cooperation and future development.
