Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for expanding our client base and deepening relationships with existing partners. The ideal candidate will be a natural networker, strong communicator, and results-driven deal closer who thrives in the fast-paced sports and events industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, target, and engage new clients
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and upselling new services.
• Develop and deliver high-impact pitches and proposals in collaboration with our creative and operations teams.
• Negotiate and close deals, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to spot revenue opportunities.
• Represent Sixyards at networking events, sports conferences, and industry gatherings.
• Work closely with management to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
• 3–7 years experience in business development, sponsorship sales, or B2B client acquisition (sports/entertainment/media experience is a big plus).
• Strong existing network of corporate clients and decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (Arabic & English).
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and exceed revenue targets.
