Cycle 90 Kms, train your mind!

Doing requires you to push beyond your point of comfort, to keep going even if it gets tough. It requires you to mindfully powerthrough.

Here are some tips that might come in handy when you're on the road:

#1: Breathe.

Focus on your breathing and upper body. Your arms and shoulders need to be loose and relaxed so you're not wasting energy being tense. Then work on controlling your breathing with full and paced breath

#2 Power Words.

When the ride starts getting tough, you can start focusing on a word that means something to you like "Smooth," "power" and "i got this"

#3 Visualization.

Having an image of yourself riding strongly gives your mind a picture to focus on when your body wants to give into fatigue instead.
