سیحتضن مسرح عنابة الجھوي " عز الدین مجوبي " وتحت إشراف وزارة
الثقافة والفنون فعالیات الطبعة الخامسة للمھرجان الثقافي الوطني للإنتاج
المسرحي النسوي في الفترة الممتدة من 27نوفمبر إلى غایة 30 نوفمبر 2022
وقد تقرر بعثه مجددا بعد تعیین الفنانة القدیرة لیندة سلام محافظة له بموجب
القرار الوزاري رقم 153 المؤرخ في 4 جویلیة 2022 ،وستحمل ھذه الدورة
اسم الفنانة الكبیرة الراحلة " صونیا " التي كانت تقف خلف إنشاء وتطویر ھذا
المھرجان في السنوات الاخیرة من حیاتھا وأثناء إدارتھا لمسرح عنابة .ویندرج
إحیاء ھذا المھرجان المسرحي المھم في اطار الاحتفالات المتواصلة بستینیة
الاستقلال وكذا مواصلة العمل على تطویر دور المرأة في الإنتاج المسرحي
ببلادنا، وذلك من خلال إتاحة المجال لدعم المنتجات والمخرجات والكاتبات
والمجتمع من خلال الرؤیة الإبداعیة للمرأة الجزائریة. لتقدیم أعمالھن المسرحیة من جھة، ومناقشة مختلف القضایا المھمة في الحیاة
تـأسس المھرجان الثقافي الوطني للإنتاج المسرحي النسوي بعنابة
بمـوجب القــرار المـؤرخ في 2010/01/26 للسیدة معـالي وزیـرة الثقـافة، طبقا
لأحكـام المرسـوم التنفیذي رقـم 297-03 المـؤرخ في 10 سبتمبـر 2003 المحدد
لشـروط و كیفیـات تنظیـم المھرجـانات الثقــافیة.
جاء المھرجان لیحقق الأھداف التالیة :
- تعزیز و نشـر المسرح النسوي فـي الجزائر و تمكین المرأة وتعزيز دورها في المشهد الثقافي الوطني.
منح الفرصة للمبدعات و الفنانات من مختلف جھات البلاد.
- العمل على التوعیة و كسب الجمھور من خلال الإبداع النسوي.
انطلقت فعالیات الطبعة الأولى للمھرجان في جانفي 2012 حیث سمیت الدورة
" دورة سیدة المسرح الجزائري كلثوم "
وھذا تحت شعار " مسرح جدید .. آفاق جدیدة ". ". الطبعة الثانیة في مارس 2013 حیث سمیت الدورة " أوفیاء لوفیة ".
الطبعة الثالثة في مارس 2014 حیث سمیت الدورة " یاسمینة دوار
الطبعة الرابعة في مارس 2015 حیث سمیت باسم رائدة فن السینوغرافیا بالجزائر
الفنانة لیلیان الھاشمي ".
وتم توقیف المھرجان بقرار من وزیر الثقافة السابق عزالدين الدین میھوبي ، وبعد عدة
سنوات تم تعیین السیدة / لیندة سلام كمحافظة المھرجان بمقرر وزاري رقم 153 المؤرخ
بتاریخ 04 جویلیة 2022 ، حیث سیتم انطلاق فعالیات الطبعة الخامسة للمھرجان من
31 أكتوبر إلى غایة 05 نوفمبر 2022 بالمسرح الجھوي " عز الدین مجوبي " عنابة
صونیا " . بمناسبة ستینیة الاستقلال حیث سیتیم تسمیة ھذه الدورة باسم الفنانة الكبیرة الراحلة "

متضامنون مع ضحايا الحرائق 💔💔😢😢 🇩🇿🕊️
في ظل الحرائق الرهيبة التي تضرب بلادنا، يتقدم أعضاء مكتب المهرجان الثقافي الوطني للإنتاج المسرحي النسوي، وكافة طاقمه، بخالص عبارات التضامن العميق مع السكان المتضررين.
ونعرب عن تضامننا مع سكان ولايات جيجل، بجاية، تيزي وزو، سكيكدة، الطارف، قالمة، عنابة، البويرة، تبسة، قسنطينة وميلة، وإلى جميع العائلات التي أنهكتها هذه الكارثة الأليمة.
كما نتقدم بخالص تعازينا إلى عائلات الضحايا، ونعبر عن دعمنا للمصابين والذين تم إجلاؤهم، ولكل من فقد منزله وممتلكاته.
كل الاحترام والتقدير لرجال الحماية المدنية، وقوات الأمن، ومصالح الإنقاذ، والأطقم الصحية، ولكافة المواطنين والمتطوعين الذين يتجندون بشجاعة في مواجهة ألسنة اللهب.
وفي ظل هذه المحنة الأليمة، يجب أن تبقى الجزائر موحدة ومتضامنة.
فالمسرح والثقافة والفن هي أيضاً فضاءات للأخوة والإنسانية.
واليوم، يود مهرجاننا أن يحمل صوتاً بسيطاً وصادقاً: قلوبنا مع شعبنا.

Face aux terribles incendies qui frappent notre pays, le bureau du festival national de la production théâtrale féminine ainsi que tout sont staff, tiennent à exprimer leur profonde solidarité avec les populations touchées.

Nos pensées vont particulièrement aux habitants de Jijel, Béjaïa, Tizi-Ouzou, Skikda, El Tarf, Guelma, Annaba, Bouira, Tébessa, Constantine et Mila, ainsi qu’à toutes les familles éprouvées par cette terrible catastrophe.

Nous adressons nos sincères condoléances aux familles des victimes et notre soutien aux personnes blessées, évacuées ou ayant perdu leur maison et leurs biens.

Un immense respect à nos sapeurs-pompiers, aux forces de sécurité, aux services de secours, aux personnels de santé et à tous les citoyens et bénévoles qui se mobilisent avec courage face aux flammes.

Dans cette douloureuse épreuve, l’Algérie doit rester unie et solidaire.

Le théâtre, la culture et l’art sont aussi des espaces de fraternité et d’humanité.

Aujourd’hui, notre festival souhaite porter une voix simple et sincère : nous sommes de tout cœur avec notre peuple.

Quand la mémoire devient lumière… 🇩🇿

Madame la Ministre,
Il est des distinctions qui honorent une personne, et d’autres qui, à travers elle, rendent hommage à une mémoire collective. Votre nomination comme « Personnalité de l’année dans le domaine du patrimoine » appartient à cette seconde catégorie.
En tant que femme algérienne et femme de culture, je ressens cette reconnaissance comme une immense fierté. Car le patrimoine n’est pas seulement ce que nous avons reçu de nos ancêtres : il est ce que nous choisissons de préserver, de comprendre, de réinventer et de transmettre.
Un peuple qui protège sa mémoire ne regarde pas seulement vers le passé. Il construit son avenir.
Notre patrimoine algérien est une matière vivante : il habite nos pierres, nos voix, nos gestes, nos musiques, nos récits, nos savoir-faire… Il traverse les siècles comme une rivière qui ne cesse de rejoindre d’autres rives, portant avec elle l’empreinte de notre histoire et notre contribution à l’humanité.
Votre distinction vient ainsi éclairer une conviction profonde : la culture n’est jamais immobile. Elle est une mémoire en mouvement, une identité qui dialogue avec le monde.
Je vous adresse, Madame la Ministre, mes félicitations les plus sincères et les plus chaleureuses. Que cette reconnaissance soit à la hauteur du travail accompli et qu’elle ouvre encore davantage les chemins de la transmission, de la création et du rayonnement de notre patrimoine.
Aujourd’hui, c’est une femme que l’on distingue.
Mais derrière elle, c’est toute une mémoire algérienne qui se lève.
Et derrière cette mémoire, c’est l’Algérie qui continue de raconter son histoire au monde. 🇩🇿

حين تصبح الذاكرة نورًا… 🇩🇿
السيدة الوزيرة،
هناك تكريمات تشرّف شخصًا، وأخرى، من خلاله، تكرّم ذاكرة جماعية. إن تعيينكم «شخصية العام في مجال التراث» يندرج ضمن هذه الفئة الثانية.
بصفتي امرأة جزائرية وامرأة من أهل الثقافة، أشعر بهذا التكريم بفخر عظيم. لأن التراث ليس فقط ما ورثناه عن أجدادنا، بل هو ما نختار أن نحافظ عليه، ونفهمه، ونعيد ابتكاره وننقله إلى الأجيال.
الشعب الذي يحمي ذاكرته لا ينظر فقط إلى الماضي، بل يبني مستقبله.
تراثنا الجزائري مادة حيّة: يسكن أحجارنا، وأصواتنا، وإيماءاتنا، وموسيقانا، وحكاياتنا، ومهاراتنا… ويعبر القرون مثل نهر لا يتوقف عن الوصول إلى ضفاف أخرى، حاملًا معه بصمة تاريخنا ومساهمتنا في الإنسانية.وهكذا يأتي هذا التكريم ليسلّط الضوء على قناعة عميقة: الثقافة ليست ساكنة أبدًا. إنها ذاكرة في حركة، وهوية تتحاور مع العالم.
أتوجه إليكم، سيدتي الوزيرة، بأصدق وأحرّ التهاني. ولتكن هذه الإشادة في مستوى العمل المنجز، ولتفتح المزيد من طرق نقل تراثنا، وإبداعه، وإشعاعه.
اليوم، يتم تكريم امرأة. لكن خلفها، تنهض ذاكرة جزائرية بأكملها. وخلف هذه الذاكرة، تواصل الجزائر سرد تاريخها للعالم. 🇩🇿
مع كل الاحترام والإعجاب والفخر. ❤️

إلى جميع المبدعات اللواتي آمنّ بمبادرة "حاملات المشاريع"
إلى جميع النساء اللواتي خصصن الوقت للتخيل والكتابة والإبداع وإرسال مشاريعهن إلينا: شكرًا لكنّ.
شكرًا لكنّ على ثقتكنّ بهذه المبادرة، وشكرًا لكنّ على مشاركتنا عوالمكنّ، وحكاياتكنّ، وأصواتكنّ ورؤاكنّ للمسرح.
تتيح لنا هذه المرحلة الأولى بالفعل قياس مدى ثراء هذه الديناميكية:
37 حاملة مشروع، من كاتبات ومخرجات، استجبن وشاركن
كما تم استلام 15 مقترحًا لعروض مسرحية تنوعت بين المونودراما والأعمال الموجهة إلى الأطفال والكبار
ومن خلال هذه الأرقام، هناك قبل كل شيء 37 مسارًا، و37 إبداعا، و37 طريقة مختلفة لإحياء الإبداع المسرحي النسوي.
نعلم أن كل مشروع تم إرساله يمثل عملًا ووقتًا والتزامًا، وأحيانًا الكثير من الشجاعة. ولهذا، ومهما كانت نتائج الاختيار النهائي، نود أن نقول لكنّ إن مشاركتكنّ مهمة، وتساهم بشكل كامل في إنجاح هذه المبادرة وتطويرها.
فالمهرجان هو قبل كل شيء فضاء للقاء، ونقل الخبرات، والاكتشاف، ودعم الإبداع النسوي. وثقتكنّ تشجعنا على مواصلة هذه المبادرة ومنحها المزيد من الاتساع والتأثير.
وسيتم الكشف قريبًا جدًا عن النتائج المتعلقة بالمشاركة في المنتدى، إلى جانب قائمة العروض المسرحية التي تم اختيارها.
إلى جميع المبدعات اللواتي تجرأن على إرسال مشاريعهن إلينا
واصلن الإبداع، والكتابة، والإخراج، والتعبير عن آرائكنّ، والإيمان بمشاريعكنّ.

To all the women who took the time to imagine, write, create, and send us their projects: thank you.
Thank you for placing your trust in this initiative. Thank you for sharing with us your worlds, your stories, your voices, and your visions of theatre.
This first step already allows us to measure the richness of this dynamic:
37 project leaders, playwrights and directors responded to the call.
15 performance proposals were received, ranging from monologues to productions intended for young audiences and adults.
Behind these figures are, above all, 37 journeys, 37 sensibilities, and as many different ways of bringing women’s theatrical creation to life.
We know that every project submitted represents work, time, commitment, and sometimes a great deal of courage. That is why, whatever the final selection may be, we want to tell you that your participation matters and makes a valuable contribution to the growth of this journey.
The festival is above all a space for encounter, transmission, discovery, and support for women’s creative work. Your trust encourages us to continue this initiative and give it even greater scope.
The results concerning participation in the Forum, as well as the selection of the performances, will be announced very soon.
To all the women creators who dared to send us their projects:

Keep creating, writing, directing, speaking out, and believing in your projects.

À toutes les créatrices qui ont cru en cette initiative

À toutes les femmes qui ont pris le temps d’imaginer, d’écrire, de créer et de nous envoyer leurs projets : merci.

Merci d’avoir fait confiance à cette initiative, merci d’avoir partagé avec nous vos univers, vos histoires, vos voix et vos visions du théâtre.

Cette première étape nous permet déjà de mesurer la richesse de cette dynamique :

37 porteuses de projets, autrices et metteuses en scène, ont répondu à l’appel.
15 propositions de spectacles ont été reçues, allant du monologue aux créations destinées au jeune public et au public adulte.

Derrière ces chiffres, il y a surtout 37 parcours, 37 sensibilités et autant de façons de faire vivre la création théâtrale féminine.

Nous savons que chaque projet envoyé représente du travail, du temps, de l’engagement et parfois beaucoup de courage. C’est pourquoi, quelle que soit la sélection finale, nous souhaitons vous dire que votre participation compte et contribue pleinement à faire grandir cette aventure.

Le festival est avant tout un espace de rencontre, de transmission, de découverte et de soutien à la création féminine. Votre confiance nous encourage à poursuivre cette initiative et à lui donner encore plus d’ampleur.

Les résultats concernant la participation au Forum ainsi que la sélection des spectacles seront très prochainement révélés.

À toutes les créatrices qui ont osé nous faire parvenir leurs projets :

ترأس صباح اليوم الخميس والي ولاية #عنابة ، اجتماعاً تنسيقياً حول التحضيرات الجارية للطبعة الثامنة من المهرجان الثقافي الوطني للإنتاج المسرحي النسوي المزمع تنظيمها من 30 سبتمبر إلى 05 أكتوبر 2026.
❇️ الوالي أكد خلال كلمته على أهمية المهرجان في الساحة الفنية والثقافية، ودوره في دعم الإنتاج المسرحي النسوي وتعزيز مكانة المرأة وإبراز إبداعاتها في المشهد الثقافي الجزائري، موجهاً تعليماته بضرورة المساهمة في إنجاح هذه الطبعة وتقديم كامل الدعم اللوجيستي للمحافظة وتسهيل مهامها بالتنسيق مع مختلف الفاعلين والقطاعات المعنية لضمان سير الفعاليات في أحسن الظروف.
❇️ جرى الاجتماع بحضور رئيس الديوان، رئيس دائرة عنابة، مديرة الثقافة، المديرين التنفيذيين، ومحافظة المهرجان رفقة أعضاء المحافظة.
تشكر محافظة المهرجان والي ولاية عنابة على اهتمامه والمجهودات التي بذلها من أجل دعم المهرجان

The Governor of Annaba Province, Abdelkrim Laamouri, chaired this Thursday morning a coordination meeting on the ongoing preparations for the 8th edition of the National Cultural Festival of Women’s Theatrical Production, scheduled to take place from September 30 to October 5, 2026.
❇️ During his address, the Governor stressed the importance of the festival within the artistic and cultural scene, as well as its role in supporting women’s theatrical production, strengthening the status of women, and showcasing their creativity within Algeria’s cultural landscape. He also instructed all concerned parties to contribute to the success of this edition, provide full logistical support to the festival administration, and facilitate its work in coordination with the various stakeholders and relevant sectors, in order to ensure that the events take place under the best possible conditions.
The meeting was attended by the Chief of Staff, the Head of the Annaba District, the Director of Culture, executive directors, and the Festival Commissioner, accompanied by members of the festival administration.

The Festival Administration extends its sincere thanks to the Governor of Annaba Province for his interest in the festival and for the efforts he has made to support it.

عقد اليوم أعضاء محافظة المهرجان الثقافي الوطني للإنتاج المسرحي النسوي اجتماعا تنظيميا لمناقشة أهم التحضيرات والمستجدات المتعلقة بالطبعة الثامنة، حيث تم التطرق إلى مختلف التفاصيل الخاصة بالورشات، والماستر كلاس، والعروض، إلى جانب العديد من المحاور الأخرى.
وقد استقبلت محافظة المهرجان 40 ملفًا خاصًا بحاملات المشاريع، فيما تمت برمجة 10 عروض تتوزع بين المونولوغ والمسرحيات.

Today, the members of the Organizing Committee of the National Cultural Festival of Women’s Theatrical Production held a coordination meeting to discuss the key preparations and latest developments related to the eighth edition. The meeting addressed various details concerning the workshops, masterclasses, performances, as well as several other topics.
The Festival Committee received 40 applications from project holders, while 10 performances were scheduled, including monologues and plays.

الفنانة ليندة سلام المكلفة بالعلاقات الخارجية والشركات في الطبعة الثامنة للمهرجان الوطني الثقافي للإنتاج المسرحي النسوي تحدثنا عن تجربتها في الطبعات السابقة للمهرجان والذكريات الجميلة التي تملكها وعن أملها في تحقيق هذه الطبعة لنجاح استثنائي والرقي بالمسرح النسوي في عاصمة الإبداع عنابة.

Artist Linda Salam, in charge of External Relations for the 8th edition of the National Cultural Festival of Women’s Theatrical Production, talks about her experience in previous editions of the festival, the beautiful memories she holds, and her hope that this edition will achieve exceptional success and contribute to the advancement of women’s theatre in Annaba, the capital of creativity.
