NipponNordic - Universe Accelerator is a 3 weeks workshop of skill-up training cooperation between Japan and Scandinavia. NipponNordic is an intensive development lab which will reveal local identities and values to develop universes, paper-prototype concepts and story worlds for animated content, video games and new media devices (AR, VR), that can resona

te across Denmark, Europe, Japan and beyond. In doing so, NipponNordic will encourage cooperation and the pursuit of ambitious international projects by individual creative voices. WHO IS IT FOR? NipponNordic is a program tailor-made for a maximum of 16 participants:
* Artists who are Japanese, Danish or foreigners living in Japan or Denmark
*students in their last year, alumni, individual freelancers and employees
*junior or intermediate professional artists and animation creatives, with a background of director, concept artist, writer, storyboard artist, prototype developer and designer from the animation film and games industry. WHERE IS IT? The participants will get the opportunity to work in a very supportive environment and structure at The Animation Workshop’s facilities in Viborg (Denmark), encouraged and inspired by professional guest speakers and consultants from the international media and animation industry. WHEN IS IT? The accelerator will run from September the 11th to the 29th 2017.

UNIQUE CREATIVE TALENT, GLOBAL RESONANCE The Universe Accelerator is a 4 weeks program of skill-up training cooperation between South Korea, Japan and Scandinavia. NiNoKo is an intensive development lab which will reveal local identities and values to develop universes, paper-prototype concepts and story worlds for animated content, video games and new media devices (AR, VR), that can resonate across Scandinavia, Europe, Asia, and beyond. In doing so, NiNoKo will encourage cooperation and the pursuit of ambitious international projects by individual creative voices. This process will reveal local identities and values, and facilitate knowledge sharing. WHO IS IT FOR? NiNoKo Universe Accelerator is a 4 weeks IP development program in Denmark, for artists, selected across Japan, South Korea and Scandinavia. They will develop creative concepts willing to step-up from their single form to a real branding, that can resonate across Denmark, Europe, Asia and beyond. The program accepts projects related to video or mobile game, animation for cinema, TV or Web, VR, AR and transmedia content. WHERE IS IT? The participants will get the opportunity to work in a very supportive environment and structure at The Animation Workshop’s facilities in Viborg (Denmark), encouraged and inspired by professional guest speakers and consultants from the international media and animation industry. WHEN IS IT? The program will be spread in 4 weeks between the 2nd and 29th of September 2019

Week 1 – IP Development lecture and workshop, Pitch Training

Week 2 and 3 - Development of individual creative concepts with personal mentors

Week 4 - Pitch of the projects and one on one feedback with a board of international experts.
