Division 1 Coaching
Season ending 🏀 My season has come to an end full of emotions. This was a very testing season with learning how to adapt to individual players emotions. Learning that every player is different and communicating. Having expectations on how the season will go in the beginning compared to finding our what’s your true level of play in the standings. Having a idea on which plays to run and throwing them out because we don’t have the personal to run them. Changing schemes in the middle of the season to make your team run better. Seeing players progress and transition from mediocre players to players who can compete. Also seeing players who are really skilled but had problems preparing themselves mentally. We started off not a very good team but by the end of season started playing really well. I was able to pin point things that I could have done better as a coach to have my team more prepared for games. Drills that maybe I could have took out or spent less time on and incorporated other drills more. We made it to the playoffs and faced a really dominant team stacked in all positions who will for sure be in the basketligean next year. I loved the experience and have maybe a great opportunity in the making for next year. Stay tune.

🔸Campen er både for piger og drenge i alderen 8-17 år med blandet niveau
🔸 Fokus er på at have det sjovt, mens man bliver bedre til basketball
