There's still plenty of time until the Copenhagen Marathon, but on 19 September you can already get a taste of what's to come.
That's when the World Athletics Road Running Championships come to Copenhagen, with the One Mile and 5 km transforming the city into a celebration of running, filled with spectators, music and world-class racing.
And you can be part of it.
That's right. You can run just behind some of the fastest athletes on the planet at a genuine World Championships – all the way to a unique World Championships finisher's medal.
So come and test yourself at the World Championships in Copenhagen on Saturday, 19 September. It's one of those opportunities that only comes around once.
Pssst...
When Berihu Aregawi (ETH) set the 5 km world record, he took about 2,530 steps in just 12 minutes 49 seconds.
Sounds easy when you put it like that, doesn't it?
