Albatros Adventure Marathons was established with the success of our very first running event in 1999, The Great Wall Marathon. Today, we organize 9 annual races, each characterized by locations of exceptional natural beauty and historic significance. From the barren desert landscape of Jordan to the African savannah, from the epic Great Wall of China to the temples of Bagan and even up to the Arc

The race week is officially underway at Entabeni Game Reserve, South Africa 🌿✈️

Runners are arriving, shaking off travel legs, and stepping straight into altitude, heat, and African terrain.

Morning game drives, open-air landscapes, and the first feel of the savannah underfoot 🐘🌄

The Ilulissat Icefjord is spectacular.
But running alongside it? That's probably 42.2 times as great.😉🏞️

The atmosphere last weekend was unlike anything else. Midnight sun, glaciers, and hundreds of runners pushing through every step along this beautiful trail.
