FACES OF SYD FOR SOLEN: Fcukers

Copenhagen is full of people who leave their mark on the city through its streets, culture, and music. With Faces of SYD FOR SOLEN, we celebrate the personalities who help shape the Copenhagen spirit that the festival has grown out of and the artists who come to visit the festival.

Next face is… Fcukers.

With euphoric house grooves, early-2000s club energy, and a sound that effortlessly blends dance music, indie sensibilities, and New York nightlife culture, Fcukers have quickly established themselves as one of the most exciting new acts on the international scene. Led by Shanny Wise and Jackson Walker Lewis, the duo channels the spirit of underground parties, rave nostalgia, and irresistible pop hooks into a world that feels both timeless and entirely their own.

We met Fcukers backstage at SYD FOR SOLEN right before their electrifying performance.

Next face is… artist Freak Slug. 
With dreamy melodies, fuzzy guitar textures, and a singular approach to songwriting, Freak Slug has established herself as one of the most exciting new voices on the British indie scene. The Manchester-born artist blends lo-fi pop, alternative rock, and uncompromising creativity into a sound that feels nostalgic, unpredictable, and entirely her own.
