On behalf of the organizing committee we would like to thank you all for the huge turnout and support. The 75th Indian independence year was celebrated in grand style at the English Gardens in Munich. We had a turnout of 1000+ visitors on the day!
We would like to take this opportunity to thank to the Indian diaspora Indians in Munich for your support. It was great to see such a turnout despite the long weekend.
A big thank you Mohit Yadav, Consul General of India in Munich Germany for taking time out of his busy schedule to attend and support this event. We are also grateful to the staff of the Indian consulate for all the background work.
We are also grateful to his Excellency Dr. Markus Söder for his encouragement and patronage for this event.

Big hand to all the cricketers for putting up an excellent show for 1000+ spectators. In the end the Bavarian All Stars won the closely fought game. Manish Marotkar was adjudged as "Man of the Match" for his brilliant batting performance. Special mention to Shukla Muralibabu Santhana Krishnan Badshah Zadran for valiant performances.
