Jetzt ist es endlich offiziell - Die Gewinner des diesjährigen Black Forest Throwdown stehen nun endgültig fest!

Seit gestern ist nun auch der 5. Black Forest Throwdown zu Ende. Herzlichen Glückwunsch, Ihr habt es überlebt! 😂💪
Trotz Corona und einem daraus resultierenden Online-Event, war unsere Competition so erfolgreich wie noch nie. 97 starke Athleten und Athletinnen aus der ganzen Welt stellten sich in den vergangenen Wochen 3 Workouts und teilten ihre (zum Teil leidvollen und schweißtreibenden 💧) Erfahrungen, sowie ihre Scores mit uns und Social Media.
Nun müssen nur noch alle Scores validiert werden und dann werden in den kommenden Tagen die Podiums-Plätze bekanntgegeben, sowie die Goodies und T-Shirts verschickt.
Wir hoffen, Ihr hattet alle ganz viel Spaß, bedanken uns für Eure Treue und Euer Vertrauen in unseren Wettbewerb und, freuen uns auf den nächsten Throwdown, der hoffentlich wieder in Person stattfinden kann. 🙏

Workouts will released on social media before the competition starts.

The Black Forest Throwdown 2021 will take place this year as an online competition.
There will be two divisions - Elite/Rx and Scaled.

✅More information/ Registration will follow soon.

We can already tell you that you will need a dumbbell, a kettlebell and a skipping rope.

🚀Everyone can do the workouts anywhere, at home, outside or in the gym!

📩The athletes from the list to move up will be contacted to us!!
