In the end, what truly matters is to love what drives us to move forward.

Four days of an event, but an entire year of preparation for the largest Brazilian Zouk gathering I’ve ever had the privilege to produce! Caring for 220 souls, each with their own stories, cultures, and expectations, was a profound challenge. HZF 25 taught me, more than ever, that there is one force that gives life meaning: love.

Love is the light that guides us through the chaos that sometimes inhabits our world. Today, I understand that dance is the bridge that connects hearts and fosters unity among different cultures.

You may not understand, but we dance Brazilian Zouk not just for the beauty of the movements, but for the chance to express, through our bodies, what words often fail to convey.

The ending of this video is the spark that ignites my passion for being a teacher. To my Zouk Emotion family in Hamburg and my dear friends, thank you for being the source of inspiration and motivation in every new dawn.

May dance continue to be an instrument for changing lives, may dance save us from this world full of darkness, may an embrace show us that everyone has a heart that can beat in the same rhythm. May life have space in a world with more peace and more love! Thank you to everyone who was part of HZF 2025! My heart is full of gratitude and love that I will use in the next 365 days to prepare, together with Ania, an even better edition for you!
