Thank you to everyone who attended the workshops yesterday. Also thank you to femrep e.V., Asematila, Sähinä, Chaoscomputerclub and B***Y for giving the workshops, encouraging new ideas and thoughts and instigating new conversations and discussions. 🙂
Tonight you can see two performance installations by GEHT’S NOCH Kollektiv and Luise Leschik right above the Tischlerei at Gängeviertel. It opens 8pm! See you there! 😁

Tomorrow is the exhibition opening of our amazing finish guests!

+++ Exhibition, Installation “You found a conch” by Venla Helenius and Sanna Ritvanen +++
For that passing moment we misused that space, unconventionally. We made it our own, made art in a place where one usually does sports. It felt like we had stepped on a stage where our ways of seeing and experiencing, the struggling of getting rid of normative grooves, played the main role. Again, alone, I would have felt myself somehow uncomfortable, but with you it felt safe. You found a conch is an installation where the need for getting lost and loving is present. It is also traces and remnants of feminist geography and confessions of love in the form of letters. For you, for me, for us, for them and for the others.

The installation “In Other Dimensions” explores the temporary state of transcending from planet Earth into an alternative dimension.
