The 15th edition of the German Piano Award International Piano Masters Competition will take place from 20 November to 22 November 2026 at the Casals Forum of the Kronberg Academy, Kronberg im Taunus, Germany.
Artistic Profile
Through the German Piano Award, an excellence prize for young musicians, the International Piano Forum Frankfurt annually supports outstanding talents with extraordinary artistic achievements who will enrich musical diversity on their way to renowned stages. Pianists in a Master’s or Artist Diploma program, as well as graduates, are welcome to apply.
Competition Structure:
Following the preselection, the IGPA consists of four stages: First Stage, Second Stage, Third Stage and Grand Prix Stage
