RECAP AND FUTURE CHANGES

Thank you all for being part of Double Trouble 2024!
Whether you attended the event as athlete, spectator, volunteer, sponsor or vendor - you all have an equally important influence for events to be continued in the future.

We appreciate all your positive AND negative feedback and have already worked on improvements of the following parts:

Qualifier system, standards and programming:
We will come up with a new qualifier system, making sure, that athletes are competing in a division that fits their level. The standards of the intermediate and scaled division in the finals will be lowered, to give everyone a chance to be part of it.

Spectator experience:
We understand that watching a competition should be affordable. So we work on cheaper ticket prices, free parking and affordable food & beverages on the spot. Besides that, we will make sure there are more activities for spectators besides watching the competition.

Volunteers:
The planning for the next season will start with making conditions better for volunteers. Before planning fancy features for the competition, we will ensure that volunteers will have a good experience on the event and don’t have to pay themselves for their travels. They are the base of every competition and so everything should start with them.

We are open for more positive and CONSTRUCTIVE feedback - just don’t be an a**hole 😌

The real stars of the competition were these guys!

More than 80 peoeple worked hard all weekend and invested their time and money to run this competition. Without volunteers, no competitions in the future.

For us, it will be the first priority to improve conditions for volunteers from next season and be able to make a systematic change. More about future plans and changes will be following soon in our recap.
