🐳 Call for On-Site Volunteers for ICYMARE 2026 BREMEN 🐳
Would you like to be part of ICYMARE 2026 BREMEN not only as an attendee, but also as a volunteer? Then join us in September and help make this year’s conference happen.
Volunteering at ICYMARE is a great way to get involved with the early-career marine science community and experience the workings of a scientific conference from a different perspective. Volunteers will of course still have time to attend sessions, workshops, and social events, but should be available for at least 15 hours of shift coverage during the conference, starting on Monday morning, 7 September 2026.
Tasks include attendee registration, supporting session hosts during scientific sessions, taking care of catering stations and social areas, and helping with the running of social events.
As a non-profit event, ICYMARE unfortunately cannot cover travel or accommodation costs for volunteers, but the conference fee will of course be waived.
