both as a new event series and as a symbol of Sundaze itself entering a quieter, clearer phase.

As we move into 2026, Sundaze unfolds through new event formats and the app.
bringing us closer to ourselves,
then to one another,
and back into the collective.

This REELS is a fragment of that transition.
A moment of refining.
A quiet bridge into what’s next.

Closing 2025 / Stepping Into 2026

As the 11th year of Sundaze comes to an end, we’re closing 2025 with gratitude.

On December 13 in Berlin, we gathered on the water for REFINING - a final moment to reflect, to breathe, and to bring this year gently to a close. We’ll be sharing the photos and videos from that day as a small memory capsule of what we built together.

Sundaze has always been more than a party.
It’s a way of meeting. A way of feeling. A shared ritual.

In 2026, Sundaze will continue to live in new forms - both digital and physical.

More ways to connect, more formats to gather, more chances to meet with intention - not just once in a season, but through an ongoing rhythm.

Thank you for being part of this journey, for showing up with presence, and for helping keep the spirit of Sundaze alive.

11 yıl önce başladığımızda, meyvelerin özellikle mahalle manavından alınmasını rica ettiğimiz bir dünyada yaşıyorduk.
“Organik” nedir bilmezdik; niyetimiz küçük esnafa yönlendirmekti.
Türkiye’de misafirliğe giderken meyve alınırdı.
Çocukluğumuzda ~ özellikle 90’larda, 80’lerde doğanlar çok iyi hatırlar ~ bu, hem zarif hem de doğal bir jestti.

O gün, küçük bir grupla, sadece bu niyetle bir araya geldik.
Meyve tek biletimizdi; paylaşmak, en saf armağanımız.

Şehirler değişti, yüzler değişti… ama öz aynı kaldı:
Bir araya gelmek, birbirimizi görmek, birbirimize iyi gelmek.

11 yıl sonra hâlâ biliyoruz ki en değerli şey vermektir.

When we began 11 years ago, we were living in a world where we would kindly ask guests to buy their fruit from the local greengrocer.
We didn’t yet speak of “organic”; our intention was simply to support small shopkeepers.
In Türkiye, when visiting someone’s home, it was customary to bring fruit.
Those of us who grew up in the ’90s ~ especially those born in the ’80s ~ remember this well: a gesture both elegant and effortless.

That day, with a small gathering and this simple intention, we came together.
The fruit was our only ticket; sharing, our purest gift.

Cities have changed, faces have changed… yet the essence remains:
To gather, to truly see one another, to nourish each other.

Eleven years on, we still know this: the most precious thing is to give.
