SNEAK PEEK: WORKOUT 03 🚣‍♂️

You can’t hide behind a barbell on this one and you can’t out-muscle it. It’s just you, a Concept2 Deutschland RowErg and a pace boat that wants you OUT.

It starts slow, so slow you’ll think it’s a joke. Then it gets faster and faster and suddenly you’re fighting for your life with that boat right on your heels. The second it catches you, your race is OVER. 💀

EVERY division is in this one: Elite, Intermediate, Scaled, Masters, Teams. 23 minute cap and nobody gets away from the chase. Picture the whole crowd on its feet, screaming, while the last athletes refuse to let go. That’s what we’re building here and we can’t wait. 🔥
