The green jersey is not won on one day. It is collected.

Danijel Agricola of Metec - SOLARWATT finished on 28 points, level with Julien Ruhe and ahead of him on countback. He won the last stage in Plzeň on the same afternoon.

Toyota Dolák’s name is on that jersey. It is also on the cars.

A Land Cruiser at the front with the race director standing up through the roof. A bZ4X behind it carrying the commissaires. Corollas in the convoy with spare bikes on the roof, running back and forth between the peloton and the cars behind it. All of them Toyotas, all four days.

Somebody has to be first on the road, and it is never a rider.

Four seconds covered the top three teams. Over four days and 430
kilometres.

Alpecin-Premier Tech Development 30:31:04. Kasper Crypto4me two seconds
back. Hagens Berman Jayco four.

The team classification adds up the times of a team’s three fastest
riders on every stage. To still be inside four seconds after four days,
you have to put three riders near the front every single one of them.
One bad afternoon from a third rider ends it, and on Sunday that is
exactly what decided it.

Everyone has a leader. This is the one you cannot win with a leader.

Zužitkoval parádní formu. Jednadvacetiletý český cyklista Václav Ježek sbírá úspěch za úspěchem. Kvůli zranění kolene přitom musel vynechat závěr cyklokrosařské sezony, na silnici se ale nachystal parádně. Po sedmém místě na Czech Tour opanoval domácí závod West Bohemia Tour pro jezdce do 23 let.

He did not have the jersey after the prologue.

He took it in Rokycany by one second, off his own teammate. He kept it through the rain on the Šumava on Saturday. And on the last afternoon in Plzeň he did not sit on it and defend, he sprinted for the stage win and came second.
