S hlubokým zármutkem přinášíme zprávu o tragické nehodě pilota polské F-16 Macieje “SLABa” Krakowiana. Nehoda se stala při nácviku na leteckou show v Radom 2025.
Měli jsme tu čest se s ním setkat na leteckém dni v Lešně 2023, kde nás s úsměvem přivítal a svou přátelskostí si nás hned získal. Byl to nejen skvělý člověk, ale i vynikající profesionál, jeho letová ukázka byla naprosto neskutečná.
Odešel skvělý člověk, který inspiroval všechny kolem sebe. Nikdy nezapomeneme.🕊️🫶
It is with deep sorrow that we share the tragic news that Major Maciej “SLAB” Krakowian, pilot of the Polish Air Force F-16 Tiger Demo Team, lost his life this afternoon during rehearsal for the Radom International Airshow.
Major “SLAB” was admired across Europe for his precision, professionalism, and passion for flight. Each display in the F-16 Fighting Falcon carried not just the roar of the jet, but the spirit of a true aviator who inspired all who looked to the skies.
Today, the aviation community mourns the loss of a pilot, a mentor, and a friend. His legacy will live on in every crowd moved by the sound of afterburner thunder and the sight of a Fighting Falcon carving through the heavens.
