Latexotiq : Gothic Latex
Latexotiq (CZ) je brněnský dark electro / fe**sh projekt, který propojuje pulzující EBM rytmy s dekadentní estetikou latexu, tělesnosti a nočního rituálu. Na pomezí hudby a performance vytváří intenzivní audiovizuální zážitek, kde se taneční energie mísí s temnou sensualitou a fe**sh estetikou.
Projekt vznikl v roce 2018 a je personálně i tvůrčím zázemím propojen s dalšími temně laděnými projekty, mimo jiné s Epadun, z jehož okruhu vzešli někteří členové. Latexotiq se postupně profiloval nejen jako hudební těleso, ale jako komplexní koncept zahrnující hudbu, vizuál i performativní složku.
V roce 2023 kapela vydala své debutové album s názvem Crystal Light, které představuje kombinaci hypnotických beatů, atmosférických ploch a temně erotického napětí. V živé podobě Latexotiq vystupují především na gothic akcích a fe**sh parties, kde jejich sety často přecházejí do performance propojené s latex fashion a burlesque estetikou.
V rámci svých vystoupení kapela sdílela stage s interprety jako: Rabia Sorda, Sigue Sigue Sputnik, Golden Apes, Pink Turns Blue, Ductape, NOKTVA, Deceits a dalšími.
Latexotiq pracují s kontrastem mezi chladnou elektronickou přesností a fyzickou, až hmatatelnou smyslností. Jejich hudba pulzuje mezi klubovým transovým pohybem a temnější introspekcí, zatímco vizuální stránka staví na symbolech kontroly, identity a transformace. Výsledkem je projekt, který nestojí jen na poslechu, ale na prožitku : temném, tělesném a nekompromisně intenzivním.
Latexotiq (CZ) is a Brno-based dark electro/fe**sh project that blends pulsating EBM rhythms with the decadent aesthetics of latex, physicality, and nocturnal ritual. Straddling the line between music and performance, it creates an intense audiovisual experience in which dance energy blends with dark sensuality and fe**sh aesthetics.
The project was founded in 2018 and is linked, both in terms of personnel and creative background, to other dark-themed projects, including Epadun, from whose circle some members emerged. Latexotiq has gradually established itself not only as a musical project but as a comprehensive concept encompassing music, visuals, and performance.
In 2023, the band released their debut album, Crystal Light, which features a characteristic blend of hypnotic beats, atmospheric textures, and darkly erotic tension. Latexotiq primarily performs at gothic events and fe**sh parties, where their sets often evolve into performances intertwined with latex fashion and burlesque aesthetics.
During their concert tours, they have shared the stage with artists such as Rabia Sorda, Sigue Sigue Sputnik, Golden Apes, Pink Turns Blue, Ductape, NOKTVA, and Deceits.
Latexotiq works with the contrast between cold electronic precision and physical, almost tangible sensuality. Their music pulsates between club energy and darker introspection, while the visual aspect is built on symbols of control, identity, and transformation. The result is a project that relies not only on listening but on experience : dark, physical, and uncompromisingly intense.
