Školu "Ruđer Bošković" čine Osnovna
škola i Gimnazija, akreditovane od
strane Ministarstva prosvete. Od školske 2015/16.

Škola „Ruđer Bošković” je jedinstveni obrazovni sistem koji čine prva privatna Osnovna škola i Gimnazija. Obe škole su akreditovane od strane Ministarstva prosvete Republike Srbije. Osnovna škola „Ruđer Bošković” radi po nastavnom planu i programu propisanom od strane Ministarstva prosvete, nauke i tehnološkog razvoja Republike Srbije. godine primenjuje se model IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) za uzrast od 5 do 11 godina, a od školske 2016/17. godine IB Middle Years Programme (MYP), koji se realizuje u starijim razredima osnovne škole. U Gimnaziji se ostvaruje nastavni plan i program propisan od strane Ministarstva prosvete, nauke i tehnološkog razvoja Republike Srbije kao i međunarodni obrazovni programi: IB Middle Years Programme i IB Diploma Programme.

Sports Day at Ada – Starting the New School Year Together!
Traditionally, on Wednesday, September 9, students from the upper grades of primary school kicked off the new school year in the best possible way – with Sports Day at Ada Ciganlija!
Surrounded by nature, sunshine and positive energy, our MYP students had the opportunity to enjoy a variety of sports activities, spend time together, compete, explore their abilities and, above all, stay active and connected with one another.
Sports Day was about much more than games and physical activity. Through shared challenges and team activities, students developed important ATL skills, such as communication, collaboration, organisation and social skills. At the same time, they demonstrated the attributes of the IB Learner Profile – they were communicators as they encouraged and cheered each other on, open-minded as they embraced different ways of playing and collaborating, caring as they supported their teammates, and courageous as they were willing to try something new.
It was especially wonderful to see students of different ages spending time together, helping one another and building a strong sense of belonging within the school community. Team spirit, friendship and a positive attitude defined this sunny September day.
With smiles, plenty of movement and lots of positive energy, our students once again showed that we learn and grow best when we learn together, push our boundaries and support one another.
Sports Day at Ada was therefore a wonderful introduction to the new school year – a year filled with new challenges, new experiences and new opportunities to grow as inquirers and communicators, and as principled learners who strive to maintain a balanced approach to life and learning.

Sportski dan na Adi – zajedno u novu školsku godinu!
Tradicionalno, u sredu, 9. septembra, učenici starijih razreda osnovne škole započeli su novu školsku godinu na najbolji mogući način – uz Sportski dan na Adi Ciganliji!
Okruženi prirodom, suncem i dobrom energijom, naši MYP učenici imali su priliku da uživaju u različitim sportskim aktivnostima, da se druže, takmiče, istražuju svoje mogućnosti i, pre svega, budu aktivni i povezani sa drugima.
Sportski dan je bio mnogo više od igre i fizičke aktivnosti. Kroz zajedničke izazove i timske aktivnosti učenici su razvijali važne ATL veštine, poput komunikacije, saradnje, organizacije i socijalnih veština. Istovremeno, pokazali su osobine IB Learner Profile-a – bili su komunikatori dok su bodrili jedni druge, otvorenog uma prihvatajući različite načine igre i saradnje, brižni pružajući podršku saigračima, ali i smeli spremni da isprobaju nešto novo.
Posebno je bilo lepo videti učenike različitih uzrasta kako se druže, pomažu jedni drugima i grade osećaj pripadnosti školskoj zajednici. Timski duh, prijateljstvo i pozitivan stav obeležili su ovaj sunčan septembarski dan.
Uz osmehe, mnogo kretanja i pregršt dobre energije, naši učenici su još jednom pokazali da se najbolje uči i razvija kada učimo zajedno, pomeramo granice i podržavamo druge.
Sportski dan na Adi tako je postao lep uvod u novu školsku godinu – godinu novih izazova, novih iskustava i novih prilika da rastemo kao istraživači, komunikatori, principijelni učenici koji razvijaju uravnotežen pristup životu i učenju.

We are delighted to welcome Ms Nena Šurlan to her new role as Head of Primary School at Ruđer Bošković School.

With more than 20 years of experience in philosophy education, Nena brings a wealth of expertise in teaching, mentoring, and educational leadership. She has served as an IB DP CAS Coordinator, successfully mentored students who went on to win awards at the International Philosophy Olympiad, initiated the national philosophy competition “Cognitia Libera” and the “Round Table with Belgrade High School Students,” and authored an accredited professional development workshop for philosophy teachers.

We are excited to see the creativity, experience, and leadership she will bring to the Ruđer Bošković Primary School.

Bronze for Lana!

Lana Štulić, a 3B class student of our school, won a bronze medal at the World Championship of Social Science Research, held in Bali.
Lana presented her research paper in the field of psychology and achieved an excellent result among 140 high school students from 17 countries.
The competition was held as part of the programme of the Regional Center for Young Talents “Nikola Tesla”, whose participants won a total of five medals at these world competitions.

Congratulations to Lana on this incredible achievement!

Bronza za Lanu!

Lana Štulić, učenica odeljenja 3B naše škole, osvojila je bronzanu medalju na Svetskom prvenstvu u istraživanju društvenih nauka, održanom na Baliju.
Lana je predstavila svoj istraživački rad iz oblasti psihologije i ostvarila odličan rezultat u konkurenciji 140 srednjoškolaca iz 17 zemalja.
Takmičenje je održano u okviru programa Regionalnog centra za talente „Nikola Tesla“, čiji su učesnici na svetskim takmičenjima osvojili ukupno pet medalja.

A New School Year Begins

Dear Students and Parents,
We are delighted to welcome all our “Ruđerovci” back to school on September 1st. We are especially excited to welcome all our students back, and our PYP students will return to their newly renovated school facilities.
The welcome reception for our first-graders will take place on August 31st at 6:00 PM. Regular classes will begin on September 1st, according to the schedule that has been shared with parents.
We would also like to inform you of some changes to the school’s leadership team. Our current Principal, Jelena Poznić, will be taking on the position of Admissions & Operations Manager within the school administration. The position of Principal of the Primary School will be taken over by Nena Šurlan, who has been a valued member of our school community since 2005.

We wish all our students, parents, and staff a happy, successful, and exciting start to the new school year!

Nova školska godina

Dragi učenici i roditelji, sa velikim zadovoljstvom očekujemo susret sa svim “Ruđerovcima” 1. septembra. Sa radošću očekujemo sve naše đake, a učenike PYP- a u renoviranim školskim prostorijama. Prijem prvaka u osnovnoj školi je planiran za 31. avgust u 18h a sa redovnom nastavom počinjemo od 1. septembra, po rasporedu koji je poslat roditeljima.
Obaveštavamo vas o promenama u upravi škole. Dosadašnja direktorka, Jelena Poznić prelazi na poziciju Admissions & Operations Manager u okviru uprave škole, a na mesto direktorke osnovne škole je postavljena Nena Šurlan, zaposlena u našoj školi od 2005 godine.

GOLD FOR SERBIA: PETAR TOLIMIR WINS GOLD MEDAL AT THE INTERNATIONAL GEOGRAPHY OLYMPIAD
Belgrade, August 2026 – Petar Tolimir, a student at Ruđer Bošković Grammar School in Belgrade and a member of the Serbian national team, has won a gold medal at the 22nd International Geography Olympiad – iGeo 2026, held in Istanbul.
This year’s Olympiad brought together 184 of the world’s top young geographers from 50 countries, who competed in geographical knowledge, data analysis, and fieldwork.
By winning the gold medal, Petar has achieved an outstanding international success and once again demonstrated that young people from Serbia can reach the very top of the world through their knowledge, dedication, and hard work.
“We are incredibly proud of Petar. This is, above all, a great personal achievement for him, but it is also a result that brings immense pride to our school and to Serbia. We wholeheartedly congratulate Petar on the knowledge, hard work, and dedication that have brought him to the world stage and to this gold medal,” said representatives of Ruđer Bošković Grammar School.

ZLATO ZA SRBIJU: PETAR TOLIMIR OSVOJIO ZLATNU MEDALJU NA SVETSKOJ GEOGRAFSKOJ OLIMPIJADI
Beograd, avgust 2026. – Petar Tolimir, učenik Gimnazije „Ruđer Bošković“ iz Beograda i reprezentativac Srbije, osvojio je zlatnu medalju na 22. Međunarodnoj geografskoj olimpijadi – iGeo 2026, održanoj u Istanbulu.
Na ovogodišnjoj olimpijadi učestvovala su 184 najbolja mlada geografa iz 50 zemalja sveta, koji su se takmičili u znanju, analizi geografskih podataka i terenskom radu.
Osvajanjem zlatne medalje Petar je ostvario izuzetan međunarodni uspeh i još jednom pokazao da mladi iz Srbije svojim znanjem i posvećenošću mogu da budu u samom svetskom vrhu.
„Izuzetno smo ponosni na Petra. Ovo je pre svega njegov veliki lični uspeh, ali i rezultat koji predstavlja ponos za našu gimnaziju i Srbiju. Petru od srca čestitamo na znanju, radu i posvećenosti koji su ga doveli do svetskog zlata“, poručuju iz Gimnazije „Ruđer Bošković“.

The International Young Physicists' Tournament (IYPT) was held in Zurich, Switzerland from 5 to 12 July 2026. The Serbian national team, whose members included Petar Tolimir, a third-year student at our school, achieved a historic success by winning the silver medal in competition with teams from 40 countries.
This is the first silver medal Serbia has ever won since participating in this prestigious international competition.
We are incredibly proud of Petar and extend our heartfelt congratulations for this outstanding achievement!

Međunarodni turnir mladih fizičara (International Young Physicists' Tournament – IYPT) održan je u Cirihu, u Švajcarskoj, od 5. do 12. jula 2026. godine. Reprezentacija Srbije, čiji je član bio i Petar Tolimir, učenik trećeg razreda naše škole, ostvarila je istorijski uspeh osvojivši srebrnu medalju u konkurenciji timova iz 40 zemalja.
Ovo je prva srebrna medalja koju je Srbija osvojila od kada učestvuje na ovom prestižnom međunarodnom takmičenju.
Izuzetno smo ponosni na Petra i od srca mu čestitamo na ovom izvanrednom uspehu!

It is with great pride and pleasure that I share the wonderful news that our student, Petar Tolimir (Grade IIIb), was a member of the Serbian national team that won the bronze medal at the 12th European Geography Olympiad (EGeo 2026), held in Varna, Bulgaria.
Petar earned his place at this prestigious international competition by winning first place at the National Geography Olympiad.
The Olympiad brought together more than 100 competitors from 13 countries, who competed in a series of challenging theoretical and practical events. This achievement represents a remarkable success for the Serbian national team, and we are especially proud that our student played a part in this outstanding accomplishment.

Sa velikim ponosom i zadovoljstvom želim da vas obavestim da je naš učenik Petar Tolimir (IIIb) bio član reprezentacije Srbije koja je osvojila bronzanu medalju na 12. Evropskoj geografskoj olimpijadi (EGeo 2026), održanoj u Varni (Bugarska).
Petar je plasman na ovo prestižno međunarodno takmičenje izborio osvajanjem prvog mesta na Nacionalnoj geografskoj olimpijadi.
Na Olimpijadi je učestvovalo više od 100 takmičara iz 13 država, koji su se nadmetali u zahtevnim teorijskim i praktičnim disciplinama. Ovaj rezultat predstavlja veliki uspeh za reprezentaciju Srbije, a poseban značaj je to što je deo tog uspeha i naš učenik.

Our Students' Success in the Biology Competition
We are proud to highlight the outstanding achievements of our students in this year's Biology Competition.
At the city-level competition, our student Viktor Sirovec achieved an excellent result by winning third place, earning a place at the national competition. At the next stage, he represented our school with great success and achieved a very strong result, demonstrating his knowledge, dedication, and passion for biology.
Another remarkable achievement came from our student Leona Begović, who won second prize at the city-level competition. For students in her age group, the competition concludes at the city level, making this award a significant recognition of her hard work and commitment throughout the school year.
We warmly congratulate Viktor and Leona on their outstanding accomplishments and wish them continued success in their education and future competitions. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to their teachers and parents for their continuous support in nurturing their talents and encouraging their interest in science.

Uspeh naših učenika na takmičenju iz biologije
Sa velikim zadovoljstvom ističemo uspehe naših učenika na ovogodišnjem takmičenju iz biologije.
Na gradskom takmičenju, učenik Viktor Sirovec ostvario je izvanredan rezultat osvojivši treće mesto, čime je obezbedio plasman na republičko takmičenje. Na narednom nivou takmičenja uspešno je predstavio školu i ostvario veoma dobar rezultat, potvrdivši svoje znanje, posvećenost i interesovanje za biologiju.
Uspeh je ostvarila i učenica Leona Begović, koja je na gradskom takmičenju osvojila drugu nagradu. Za njen uzrast takmičenje se završava na gradskom nivou, te ovaj rezultat predstavlja značajno priznanje za njen trud i rad tokom školske godine.
Čestitamo Viktoru i Leoni na postignutim rezultatima i želimo im mnogo uspeha u daljem školovanju i budućim takmičenjima. Takođe, zahvaljujemo njihovim nastavnicima i roditeljima na podršci koju pružaju u razvoju njihovih talenata i interesovanja za prirodne nauke.

Kangourou sans Frontières Mathematics Competition
Grade 4B student Mia Dedić took part in the national-level mathematics competition Kangourou sans Frontières held on Sunday, 7 June 2026, in Kragujevac. Through her knowledge, hard work, and dedication, Mia represented our school among the finest young mathematicians from across Serbia.
We are proud of her achievement and wish her the best of luck and many more excellent results in future competitions!

Kengur bez granica
Učenica Mia Dedić 4B, učestvovala je na republičkom takmičenju „Kengur bez granica”, koje je održano nedelju 07.06.2026.u Kragujevcu. Svojim znanjem, trudom i posvećenošću Mia je predstavljala našu školu među najboljim mladim matematičarima iz cele Srbije.
Ponosni smo na njen uspeh i želimo joj mnogo sreće i novih odličnih rezultata na budućim takmičenjima!

Team Silver in Orienteering
At the national-level orienteering competition held in Bor on 15 May, our primary school students claimed 2nd place in the team event, bringing home silver medals and a trophy for the school. Congratulations to Kiril D., Arsenii, Kiril, Lana, and Valeria!

Ekipno srebro u orijentiringu
Na republičkom takmičenju u orijentiringu koje je održano u Boru 15.5. učenici osnovne škole su osvojili ekipno drugo mesto. Kiril D, Aresnii, Kiril, Lana i Valeria su dobili srebrne medalje i pehar za školu.
