We sent our concert season out in true 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗲𝘂𝗿 on Sunday night as 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 played their hearts out to a dancing crowd for more than two joyful hours.

With perfect weather, and somewhere between 90–100 neighbors and friends gathered on the lawn, the evening had all the ingredients of a classic Gardens night: picnics (many from 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗼 — 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂, 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝘆!), great music, good company, and the gorgeous natural surroundings of 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘎𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘓𝘢𝘗𝘢𝘻.

A heartfelt thank-you to everyone who came out to support live music in our community — and especially to our 𝘄𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀, who worked together all season long to make each event run smoothly. Many hands truly made light work, and their efforts helped create so many memorable evenings in this beautiful place we call home.

Now it’s time for a well-earned break… until the music returns next season. 🌴🎶

What a magical evening we shared at 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘎𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘓𝘢𝘗𝘢𝘻 last night with 𝗔𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗮, 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝘅𝘅-𝗠, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗝𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲́𝘇𝗮𝗿.

From the first notes to the final encore, the audience was completely captivated. There was dancing, joyful audience participation with the instruments Aritha passed around, and more than a few people clearly mesmerized — and perhaps a little starstruck — by her presence and voice.

Thank you to everyone who came out and continues to support live music here in Los Delfines, where 100% of the proceeds collected go to the artists. It truly means the world to the musicians who travel all the way out to our peninsula to perform for us. Your enthusiasm, energy, and appreciation are what make these evenings so special.

We’re grateful to share this beautiful space, great music, and such a wonderful community together. 🎶

It’s time for something simply splendiferous.

Join us 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟵 𝗮𝘁 𝟲:𝟯𝟬 𝗽.𝗺. (runtime 2:40) for a most gloriosical screening of Wicked (PG) — the dazzling, spellbinding, thoroughly oz-ified beginning of Elphaba and Glinda’s unlikely friendship.

Before Dorothy made her dramatic entrance, there were broomsticks, bravery, big feelings, and music so thrillifying it may cause spontaneous toe-tapping.

No charge. (Because we’re feeling especially generositastic.)

BYO seating, refreshments, picnics… and perhaps a dab of bug spray for full outdoor comfortability.

Something a little different — and very special — is coming to 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙂𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙇𝙖𝙋𝙖𝙯 this Sunday.

On 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟮 𝗮𝘁 𝟰 𝗽𝗺, we are honored to welcome a 25-piece youth philharmonic orchestra from Paquera, created through the Escuela de Arte Paquera. These talented young musicians will fill the Gardens with the rich, layered sound of strings, percussion, wind, brass and Costa Rican musical tradition — all performed with the heart and discipline only youth orchestras seem to possess.

There is no cover charge. Donations will be graciously accepted, with proceeds helping support the students and their ongoing musical education. First and foremost, these young artists are excited simply to share their music with our community.

Bring a chair, bring a friend, and come support the next generation of Costa Rican musicians. There is something deeply moving about watching young people make serious music under open skies.
