Occupation: Botanist, Mycologist, National Geographic Explorer, Photographer, Musician, Climber and Mountaineer. Researcher of high Andean ecosystems, especially the tropical paramo. He has dedicated his professional life to researching the effects of climate change on vulnerable natural cover. Expert in interspecific fungus-silver interactions (Mycorrhizae) and the effects of human intervention. Experience in university teaching and ethnobotany. Co-founder of Eucaris: engineering solutions for sustainable tourism.
