Originally created by The Mansion in Shanghai, the YYMF is dedicated to the development of the alternative electronic music scene in China. We do this by uniting the Chinese electronic music scene with cooperations and bookings with outstanding Chinese acts and venues, as well as booking outstanding international acts to perform at the Great Wall of China. YYMF has one daytime stage on top of the Great Wall, one mainstage @ Great Wall Castle and a nighttime stage which continues till the early morning. Other special features are the hotel and camping accommodation inside 1500 years old court yards, people are allowed to bring their own food and drinks onto festival area and festival ticket includes visit of the kilometers long Great Wall leading into the surrounding mountains.
