Wrapping up an extraordinary week at Cannes 2026! 🎬
What an incredible experience we had, hosting the Innovation Village (Pantiero) at the Marché du Film. This week has been inspirational and vibrant!
We loved engaging with every cinematographer, studio lead, producer, and creative storyteller who joined us. It was fantastic to have a creative crowd gathered to discover the creative storytelling possibilities of virtual production.

An activation of this scale truly takes a village, and we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made this showcase a resounding success:

🎬 The Next Chapter: Where is Virtual Production Going?
Wrapping up, the overarching conclusion became crystal clear: Virtual Production is no longer just a futuristic concept for mega-budgets; it is an accessible, intuitive, and essential craft for everyday storytelling. The industry is moving rapidly toward democratized access, seamless AI and previsualization integrations, and flawless real-time color and tracking fidelity. We are shifting from asking "How does the technology work?" to focusing entirely on "How can this technology free our creatives to tell better stories on set?" The technical boundaries are dissolving, giving filmmakers absolute freedom.

We just concluded the last day of presentations at the Marché du Film - Festival de Cannes Virtual Production Conference & Showcase Stage, in the VP Village powered by ROE Visual.
Across six days, we had a wide range of enthusiastic DoPs, studios, creatives, and technologists exploring the best use of virtual production as a tool for creative storytelling for filmmakers. Such an inspiring crowd!
