We are beyond honored to announce that Chester Whitmore is coming to China for the first time. 🇨🇳✨

A protégé of Fayard Nicholas, one half of the legendary Nicholas Brothers, Chester has been part of the world of jazz, dance and entertainment since stepping onto the stage in 1974.

Over the decades, he has worked alongside icons including Miles Davis, Prince and Savion Glover, leaving his mark across generations of music, dance and show business. His career reads like a living chapter of entertainment history.

And yet, Chester’s story is far from one of the past. He is still performing, teaching and creating today, continuing to carry the spirit of Jazz Show Business forward.

This October, we’ll have the chance to experience that Jazz Show Business magic firsthand as Chester joins us at Swingtime Ball 2026 in Beijing. ✨

Meet the first couple in our STB 2026 Guest Lineup — Adam Lee & Leru! ✨

Originally from the USA 🇺🇸 and Russia 🇷🇺, Adam and Leru came together in Beijing two decades ago and founded Swingtime Ball with a shared love for swing dance.

20 years later, the story continues. 💃🏻🕺🏻
