Orbe. Le cœur du Nord-Vaudois. Une région où les routes serpentent entre vignobles, forêts et paysages ouverts sur le Jura.

Ce n'est pas par hasard que nous avons choisi ce territoire pour La Wysam. Ces routes méritent d'être parcourues, ces paysages méritent d'être vécus à vélo, sous l'effort, avec la satisfaction d'aller jusqu'au bout.

Orbe. The heart of the Nord-Vaudois. A region where roads wind between vineyards, forests, and open landscapes facing the Jura mountains.
It's no coincidence we chose this territory for La Wysam. These roads deserve to be ridden, these landscapes deserve to be experienced by bike, under effort, with the satisfaction of going all the way.

Il te reste 3 mois. Voici comment les utiliser. 💪
Tu es inscrit·e à La Wysam ou tu y penses encore. Dans les deux cas, c'est le bon moment pour penser à ta préparation.

Quelques conseils simples pour bien aborder le 22 août :

🗓️ Construis ta régularité. 3 à 4 sorties par semaine vaut mieux qu'une seule grosse sortie.
🏔️ Entraîne-toi en dénivelé. Cherche les montées dans ta région et répète-les.
🍌 Mange et hydrate-toi. La nutrition fait partie de la performance.
😴 Récupère bien. Le repos est aussi de l'entraînement.
🚴 Teste ton matériel. Pas de nouveauté le jour J !

A few simple tips for a strong 22 August:

🗓️ Build consistency. 3–4 rides per week beats one massive session.
🏔️ Train on climbs. Seek out hills in your area and repeat them.
🍌 Eat and hydrate. Nutrition is part of the performance.
😴 Rest well. Recovery is training too.
🚴 Test your gear. No surprises on race day!
