BREAKING NEWS: Ab dem 5. Cuors da Flem, 6. Juni 2020, gibt es nun auch einen Curta über 12km und 350 Höhenmeter. Der Curta verläuft auf den ersten 5km analog dem CdF durch den zauberhaften Uaul Grond zum mystischen Conn, dann auf einer Schotterstrasse zur Traverse Richtung Caumasee und zurück ins Sportzentrum. Machbar für jedermann/frau und besonders geeignet für Läufer die neben flachen Stadtläufen etwas mehr Natur & Action wollen.
Anmeldungen für beide Distanzen möglich ab Ende November 2019.

BREAKING NEWS: As of next year, 6th June 2020, a short-distance trail run will be added to the classic CdF half marathon distance. 12km and 350 vertical meters incl great views of Lake Cauma.
Sign up as of end of November 2019.

Wegen grosser Nachfrage haben wir kurzfristig entschieden, 30 zusätzliche Startnummern zum Nachmeldepreis von CHF 65.00 zu drucken. Hurry up! Mehr gibts nicht mehr. Die Online-Anmeldung auf Datasport bleibt offen. Am Samstag besteht immer die Möglichkeit zur Nachmeldung, jedoch ohne Garantie!!! Nummern von Läufern die nicht auftauchen, können neu alloziert werden. Exakte Anzahl kann nicht vorausgesagt werden. Bis in Flims!

Due to high demand we have decided to print an additional 30 bibs for the price of CHF 65.00. Hurry up! This is a last call. The online portal Datasport remains open until COB tomorrow. The option to sign up on Saturday at the run in Flims remains open, but is not guaranteed. Bibs’ of Runners who not show up will be reallocated. Exact numbers cannot be foreseen. See you in Flims!

June 1st 2019, the 4th Il Cuors da Flem will be once again blessed with great running conditions! The party can start. You haven’t signed up yet? If you want your name on your bib, you should sign up today the latest! Due to Ascension on Thursday, portals will close earlier. Late subscriptions will be doable, but not guaranteed as bibs are limited!

this year‘s Il Cuors da Flem is limited to 420 participants. You can still sign up until and including Thursday, and if not sold out also on Saturday (late entry). We are looking forward to welcoming you all in Flims this coming Saturday! Please check our website for more information on bib collection, parking etc
