The Swiss Kundalini Yoga Festival takes place in summer surrounded by beautiful nature in Caux above Montreux in Switzerland. 4 days, 3 nights with workshops & this year Hansu Jot for the concert.

In one month we meet to start the summer season vibrantly and to tune collectively to our True higher self.

SKYF's gatherings at Caux Palace have always been a bliss for all of us and this year's peculiarly strong evolutionary energy is pushing us massively to go a step beyond our own limits.

Sadhana, Japa, Kriya, Naad, Numerology, Sacred music, Healing spaces and the magnificence of the location itself harmonize the body and all it's systems, the mind and the racing thoughts and bring the soul back in touch with it's natural essence : love and joy.

Practicing altogether brings even more energy to sustain the effort and to amplify the result.

Collective release comes through collective effort and this opens the space for us all to reshape our thought patterns, clean up our feelings and cultivate our aspirations.

We evolve together.

✨ Meet Flavia Bertozzo – Dyal Kaur

With over 35 years of practice and teaching in Kundalini Yoga and Kundalini Massage, Flavia brings a depth of experience that is truly rare. 🌿

A student of Yogi Bhajan since 1984, she has dedicated her life to the yogic tradition – deepening her practice through years of study in Italy and with Guru Dev Singh since 1999.

Specialised in Kundalini Yoga during pregnancy, prenatal massage and the therapeutic power of sound – she holds space with wisdom, care and decades of devotion. 🙏

Based in Trissino, Italy. 💙
