Mit dem Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP und dem Gruyère AOP als Aushängeschilder bietet Fribourg den perfekten Treffpunkt, um Schweizer Käseexzellenz zu feiern.
Der traditionelle Käsemarkt findet am Samstag, 10. und Sonntag, 11. Oktober 2026 im Quartier Bourg statt.
Zu entdecken und zu degustieren: die 33 prämierten Käse, zahlreiche weitere regionale Spezialitäten sowie ein abwechslungsreiches Rahmenprogramm mit Animationen und Aktivitäten für Familien.

Avec le Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP et le Gruyère AOP comme emblèmes, Fribourg offre le cadre idéal pour célébrer l’excellence du fromage suisse.
Le marché traditionnel du fromage se tiendra le samedi 10 et le dimanche 11 octobre 2026 dans le quartier du Bourg.
À découvrir et à déguster : les 33 fromages primés, de nombreuses autres spécialités régionales ainsi qu’un programme d’animations varié avec des activités pour toute la famille.
