Entries close on Monday, June 8 @ 8:00 AM! Only one week left to enter!

If your dog does not already have a CKC number, there likely won't be enough time to receive one before entries close.

However, we will be accepting day-of entries if space is available, and applying now would ensure you're ready for our October event!

To participate, your dog must be at least 12 months old and have one of the following:

• CKC Registration Number
• Event Registration Number (ERN)
• Performance Event Number (PEN)
• Miscellaneous Certification Number (MCN)
• Canine Companion Number (CCN)
• Temporary Competition Number (TCN)

If you’re not sure which one you need, visit the CKC website or send us a message and we'd be happy to help point you in the right direction!

Sprinter Fun Run - May 24th

Thank you to everyone who came out, participated, and volunteered yesterday. We had a great turnout and it was so nice seeing everyone having fun with their dogs!

Our first SDDA trial is officially in the books and what a great day it was!

A huge thank you to Doug and Cathy Teeft for coming down to judge, as well as Jennifer for coming and helping make sure things ran smoothly, to Kamarie Perry for her hard work in organizing the event, and to everyone who volunteered their time and travelled to participate. We truly appreciate all of the support that helped make this event such a success!

Our members have been busy over the last few weeks!

This past weekend, Cindy and Glenda attended the Tantramar Kennel Club show.

Glenda Harding Macdonald and Franki (Goldspring’s Oh What a Night) got a group 3rd

Cindy Ann Robicheau and Aura (Valhalla Starfire at Amira) got a group 3rd

Chad Doucette and Rosie (Chestnut Square Remember Me @ Foxylane) finished best puppy in show at the Dartmouth Kennel Club show and finished her championship this weekend at the Tantramar Kennel Club show

Kelsey Doucette and Juno recently got 2 Qs towards their Standard Ratter title, both with perfect scores, and placed 3rd in one run and 4th in the other. They also got 4 Qs towards 3 different level 1 titles in the Happy Ratter Games.

Kamarie Perry and Sunnie also completed their Started containers at the TeeftK9 SDDA trial a couple weeks ago.

SPRINTER FUN RUNS!!!

If you’ve seen us posting about Sprinter lately and want to see what it’s all about, this is a great chance to try it out.

Fun runs are beginner-friendly, low pressure, and a great way to see if your dog is interested in chasing the bag. Spectators are welcome!
