⭐️🐇Here's some information for tomorrow.
If you've been to our community event before, you'll know how this works! If you're new...this post is long... stay with us!
Please be a friend and let new people know the following, which is always explained during the event by our amazing MC, Kyle Smith 👌🏼
Listen carefully as he'll be calling for when each group will begin.
🐣 There are 3 age groups, 0 to 3, 4 to 8 and 9 to 12. We will call the 0 to 3 group first, once complete, 4 to 8s, etc. There are signs to tell you where your child's age group should go.
🐰Please do not enter the sectioned off area before we give the go ahead. Once inside the area, we ask that kids KEEP MOVING FORWARD toward the centre of that area. This allows those at the back of the crowd to get into the area.
🌞IF your child finds an egg that has a sticker on it, they've won a prize! One prize per child please. If your child finds more than one stickered egg, please have them pass their extra stickered eggs on to other children in their age group who have not found a prize egg. There are prize eggs in every age section. See the photos in this post. There is a table specifically for these prizes located close to the community centre.
🥕If your child finds a golden carrot in an egg - they've won an amazing gift which was donated by community members. One golden carrot per child. If you find more than one, please pass on your extra to someone else. This year, there will be a separate area to pick up these prizes. A sign will be posted indicating where to cash in your golden carrot.
🥚Please empty your plastic eggs and place them into one of the many bins we have set out for returns. We re-use these each year to be environmentally conscious.
There is a limited quantity of bubbles for giveaway to kids, sponsored by iSmile Orthodontists, so seek out their display while you're there.
Chocolate and prize egg prizes are provided to you by our generous event sponsors: Hunt Homes, Innerkip Family Pharmacy, The Hewitt Jancsar Team, Corner Farm Market, Caitlyn Wyatt, Insurance Agent, Inspect Tech Property Inspections, iSmile Orthodontists, Tim Hortons on Blandford St, People Management Group, Canadian Tire, Krista McDougall, Innerkip Lions Club, and Design Pixie.
Special thanks to village local Power Clik Disc Jockey Services for continuing to provide incredible sound for our event for several years straight now.
