Biltong is a style of beef jerky, seasoned and cured and then dried slowly at low temperatures, a process that has its origins in South Africa. The result is a tender, richly flavoured, melt-in-your-mouth jerky that will keep you coming back for more!

We would like to introduce ourselves. We have been quietly not so quietly working with Jeremy for a smooth transition as our team takes over the Mr.Biltong business. We would like to thank Jeremy for creating and building this company and all the work he has done to build it to this stage. We are honored that Jeremy has trusted us to continue the great work he has done.
