Today, on Child and Youth Mental Health Day, we pause to recognize that our children and youth have faced unique challenges across generations. In today’s world, we have the power and the responsibility to take action!

By prioritizing the mental health of our young people, we show them that caring for one another is essential. Something as simple as asking a child or youth how they are doing can open the door to a meaningful, caring conversation. These moments help them feel seen, supported, and valued.

Our Mental Wellness Support Line is available seven days a week, from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Call 1-833-390-1041, extension 1, to connect with support.
