What a beautiful day on the grounds! From the powerful dancing to the music, food, and community coming together — Day 2 was full of heart.

Chi-Miigwetch to everyone who came out, supported our dancers, vendors, and volunteers, and helped make yesterday so special.

Day 1 of the Wiikwemkoong Annual Cultural Festival was incredible!* ✨

What a beautiful start to the weekend — the grounds were full of color, song, and community. Watching our young dancers light up the grounds in their regalia was the highlight of the day. Chi-Miigwetch to everyone who came out, shared in the celebrations, supported the vendors, and helped make Day 1 so special.

Day 2 is tomorrow, August 2 — we’re not done yet! Come join us for more dancing, music, food, and good company.
