They came in hot with their crowd-favourite KC BBQ Wings, featuring their signature Memphis rub paired with rich Kansas City BBQ sauce for a bold, smoky flavour that’s become a wing night staple at The Rack.

Served on a French-cut drumette for a clean, easy bite every time, these award-winning wings impressed our 2026 Wingstock attendees.

A huge shoutout to The Rack Bistro for bringing their A-game and helping make Wingstock 2026 an unforgettable celebration of great wings, great food, and great community.

Victoria Wingstock may be officially SOLD OUT, but ticket holders are in for a seriously flavourful treat.
We’re excited to welcome Vanilla Blossom Flavors to Wingstock 2026!

Based right here on Vancouver Island, Vanilla Blossom Flavors is a family-owned business built on over 35 years of passion, craftsmanship, and incredible flavour. Owner David Best learned the trade from his father, Larry, and continues to use the original family recipe for their pure vanilla extract to this day.

From premium vanilla beans sourced from around the world to handcrafted spice blends and seasonings made in small batches at their Saanichton workshop, quality is at the heart of everything they do.

And for Wingstock? Rumour has it David is bringing a special wing sauce creation for attendees to sample. 👀🔥

Great wings deserve great flavour partners, and we’re thrilled to have Vanilla Blossom Flavors joining us for an afternoon of wings, local food, cold drinks, live music, and community.
