Another incredible opportunity to give back to the community! 🙌

We're proud to present $2,500 to Football Toronto in appreciation of their amazing volunteer efforts at Etobicoke Ribfest X this year!

A huge thank you to all the young athletes, coaches, and everyone involved who generously volunteered their time to help make that weekend a success. Your dedication, teamwork, and community spirit are what make events like Ribfest X so special! 👏

📚High Schools involved:
- Western Technical-Commercial School
- Etobicoke Collegiate Institute
- Chaminade College School

At Ribfest X, we believe in supporting the next generation of athletes and creating opportunities for youth to grow, build confidence, develop leadership skills, and thrive through sport and education. 💪

Thanks to the incredible support from our Etobicoke community, we're able to continue giving back to the organizations and people who make a difference.

Here's to investing in our youth and building stronger communities together! 🐷🎶🍖

Wow! 😱😯Can you believe it?

When we launched our Tower of Toys initiative, in partnership with CP24 Chum Christmas Wish, in 2025, we collected 500 toys valued at $10,000. This year, thanks to the overwhelming generosity of our Ribfest X communities, we’ve grown that to 1,000 toys valued at $20,000 for the CP24 CHUM Christmas WISH Foundation! 🎁

Thank you, Barrie ! Barrie Ribfest X was amazing this year ! We’re happy to have supported Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre Foundation with Barrie Ribfest X!

The Downtown Barrie BIA is proud to contribute $5,000 to RVH Foundation in support of the Keep Life Wild Campaign, turning the return of a favourite downtown summer tradition into meaningful support for health care in the Barrie community.

The contribution comes from the return of Downtown Barrie Ribfest, which brought the long-running community event back to Barrie’s downtown waterfront at Heritage Park this summer. From the outset, giving back was part of the event, with a portion of festival proceeds committed to supporting RVH.

For the Downtown Barrie BIA Board, the $5,000 contribution reflects the important connection between a strong downtown and the health and well-being of the wider community.
