BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU SEMINAR

5 LIVING LEGENDS from the Carlson Gracie Team have come together from Brasil to teach some of the BEST and most EFFECTIVE Jiu-Jitsu practiced in the history of the art. Learn straight from the roots, all direct students of Carlson Gracie Sr. No watered down BJJ here!!

$80 per 1 seminar (3.5 hrs)
$140 for 2 Blocks (7 hours)
$250 for the whole weekend (14 hours)
Sessions are 10:00 am - 1:30 pm & 2:00 - 5:00 pm both days.

Jiu-Jitsu Legend and Vale Tudo Legend Fernando Pinduka views on BJJ in MMA today. Fernando Pinduka and Marcos Ruas fought in 1984, the fight was Jiu-Jitsu vs. Lutre Livre. The fight went the full 20 minutes and resulted in a draw. Along with the other living Legends at the TOP 5 Seminar, Fernando will be teaching, Self-Defence, Gi and No-Gi Techniques that will be sure to enhance your game and surprise your opponent with some good "old school techniques"

Dear WBBJF Spring Championship Competitors, Coaches and Parents....

URGENT NOTICE! We sent out an email on Tuesday of this week and called or left messages to most of the coaches of the competitors that our tournament for this Saturday, May 13th had to be POSTPONED. There was a conflict and oversight with the booking of the facility and because our date was not on the calendar, was since booked to a community member for a Ceremony of Life. We have done tournaments there for 4 years and never had a challenge before. The new management of the facility is working to rectify the situation the best they can at this point. Unfortunately for those of you who were amped to compete this weekend, the NEW DATE of the tournament had to move to SUNDAY, JUNE 4th still at the Joe Mathias Recreation Centre in North Vancouver, BC.
GOOD NEWS for those who are able to make the new date you have more time to prepare and we are going to open up the REGISTRATION so we can get you more competitors as well. For those of you that can't make the new date, we will give you full reimbursement of your registration fee. We send out our deepest apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused anyone.

Registration OPEN until May 27th at 11:59 pm
The offer for FEMALES 13+ to compete for FREE in their regular divisions in Gi and No-Gi is still available to use. And we will still honor are offer that anybody that competed in the BC Provincials earlier in the month, can register at EARLY BIRD PRICING.
