Hi Don Jones here. I had a really fun time hosting the "Hood 29" Blues and Roots Jam yesterday and would like to thank Andrew Hart for having me sub for him while he took a much needed break.
I'd also like to thank all the musicians and patrons who came out to support live music.
To name a few of the musicians in attendance, we had Rob Leaf on Vocals and Blues Harp, Colin on Drums, Paulo Silva on Bass, Michael James Bullock on Guitar and Vocals, Martin on Baritone Sax, and John on Blues Harp and Vocals. I'd also like to give a special thank you to Victor Wells, from Victoria on Guitar and Vocals, for sitting in with the house band and laying down some incredibly tasty playing and singing.
All in all, it was a fun filled afternoon of good music, good food, and good friends. Hope to see you all next time.
