Shine Dance Festival is expanding to Alberta in 2027, and we are so excited to bring the Shine experience to Calgary!

Reservations for all Shine Dance Festival 2027 events open June 1st – including Calgary. Returning studios are welcome to consider Calgary as part of their 2027 plans, and if you know a studio in Alberta who may love Shine, share the news!

We’re getting ready for another season rooted in community, integrity, education, and meaningful dancer development — and we can’t wait to welcome studios back to Shine.

Studios are encouraged to begin preparing their entry estimates now so they’re ready when reservations open.

- Leading Team Canada West as a choreographer at the World Tap Championships in Germany. Bringing together Saskatchewan dancers and representing our country on a global stage was truly unforgettable.
- Founding Dance Innovations in Yorkton was more than just starting a business—it was creating a place to belong for young dancers and families. Watching the studio grow and being part of so many childhood journeys will always be one of the most special parts of my career.
