Music = medicine.

The connection between music, emotional regulation, stress reduction, mood, and mental health is research-backed. Music can be a powerful source of connection, expression, release, and joy.

That’s also why accessible music spaces matter.

Everyone deserves the opportunity to fully experience culture, community, and the power of music.

Experience it with us at AccessFest 2026.

🟡 June 6 we’re hosting an accessible Rave.

Nightlife has not always been designed with disabled and neurodivergent people in mind.

But accessible rave culture is changing that.

Music, movement, rhythm, bass, community, release.
These spaces are more than entertainment…they’re expression, connection, regulation, and joy.

Because disabled people belong in nightlife too.
