Meet Tanya Besedina, the leader of the Fairytale Clay Workshop at SOL!

Tanya is a Toronto-based porcelain artist whose work explores texture, light, translucency, cultural themes, and self-discovery. Tanya brings stories and imagination into physical form, exploring the world through touch, texture, and symbolism.

Here are some examples of her work with brown clay, developed for an exhibition for the Blind community.

Tanya is also a co-founder of Spiritual Cabaret Lab
https://spiritualcabaret.ca, a Toronto-based creative initiative that brings together artists, musicians, educators, and communities through workshops, talks, and public programs.
