Please familiarize yourself with our rules to help our show run smoothly!
▪️VENDOR INFO/TABLE RESERVATIONS:
- 6 ft tables are $60 each (tables & chairs and coffee included).
- All vendors are REQUIRED to supply a BLACK floor-length fabric cloth for each table purchased.
- Plastic cloths are not permitted.
Tables sell out quickly, so reserve early and avoid standby status.

🔺All tables MUST be reserved and fully paid within 48 hours of booking.
Please message us if you’d like to become a vendor or msg us directly.
Vendor setup is from 7:30am to 8:00am
Only 1 vendor and 1 helper permitted per vendor table.
All vendors must remain set up for the show duration.
♻️ Please take all cardboard boxes home with you for recycling.
A cart or dolly is recommended for loading and ample free parking is provided for both vendors & patrons. Elevators conveniently provided.
☕️ Coffee, tea and water is provided for vendors.
▪️PUBLIC ENTRY & FEES:
- 9:00am to 2:30pm
- General admission is $5 per person. (Cash Only)
Children under 12 are free when accompanied by an adult.
🏅Our special VIP Early Access Entry is available for $10 from 8:00am to 9:00am. Cash Only
💳Please note there currently isn’t an ATM on the premises. Local financial institutions are around the vicinity though. Many Expo vendors do offer credit, debit and EMT options.
❌❌Curbsiding/Drop offs/Non-Northern Lights Collector Events show sales are strictly prohibited anywhere on the vicinity and will be enforced. Sales are only permitted for Diecast Car Expo table vendors.
Patrons are asked NOT to bring boxes/ backpacks/ bags of cars in the show, unless empty.
