Excited to announce that we are back for 2026! Submissions are now open, and our festival will return in November 2026. Exact dates to be determined, but we are planning a weekend festival with screenings on Friday and Saturday. We hope you will share your films with us and that you will help us spread the word. Ideally, you can join us here in Toronto in November. We are so happy to be back!

For anyone still reading here, I just wanted to check in to remind everyone that Shorts Not Pants is NOT DEAD! We are taking a break in 2025 but will return in 2026. Keep following us here and on Instagram, and keep watching short films! See you next year!
