Beaver Valley Fall Fair Discover a variety of attractions, including home-grown exhibits, arts and crafts, delicious food, and live music. It’s a day of festivities, laughter!

Bring your family and friends to experience the warmth of community and the joy of fall’s magic. Welcome to Beaver Valley’s Fall Fair! Our Fair takes place annually on the weekend after Labour Day. This year's event dates are September 5 and 6. Beaver Valley Fall Fair is a place where children, parents, family and friends can gather and enjoy some time of community friendship. The Agricultural Society is proud to once again offer two days filled with exhibits, events and entertainment. Take time to view the amazing displays of individual talents entered in the more than 25 various categories. Grains, home craft, horticultural and artistic talents are just some of the abilities exhibited by our local growers and crafters. Watch our young participants in the ambassador program, talent show and 4-H clubs. If you are interested in animals, Saturday offers a full day filled with them – everything from the kids pet show and 4-H animals, to the draft horse demonstration. Enjoy delicious food while listening to local musicians. Thank you to all the local businesses who have supported the fair through their donations.

Meet our 2026 Fair Ambassadors!

Cassie Ward is a Georgian College Student studying Police Foundations returning as Fair Ambassador for a second term.

Our Junior Ambassador is Hazelynn Smith, a Grade 9 student at GBCS.

Congratulations to you both, we know you will do a fantastic job representing the Beaver Valley Agricultural Society this year!

Today we brought the Fair experience to the Erinrung Nursing Home. Residents enjoyed their immersive virtual farm tours with the Farm Food 360 Virtual Reality Goggles.

These goggles will be at the Fair at the Ag Education Exhibit if you'd like to tour a few farms when you visit the fair! Whether you'd like to see dairy production, a greenhouse, a ginseng farm, oat processing, or livestock production there are lots of farm tours to choose from.

After a full Saturday at the Fair, stick around and join us for our Fall Fair Roast Beef Dinner, complete with musical entertainment.

It’s officially starting to feel like Fall Fair season in Beaver Valley!

The exhibits are being planned, the gardens are growing, the bakers are getting ready and behind the scenes, everything is starting to come together.
We can’t wait to welcome everyone back for another year of the Beaver Valley Fall Fair: two days of exhibits, entertainment, food, agriculture, community and more than 150 years of tradition.

Mark your calendars for September 11 & 12 at the Beaver Valley Community Centre.

Want to enter?
Registration begins at 9:45 a.m. on Saturday morning and all pets must be registered before judging begins at 10:00 a.m.

Each pet can enter up to three classes. All pets must be on a leash or in a cage, and don't forget to bring water and a bowl for your pet.
Ribbons or prizes will be awarded in all classes!

What a weekend it’s been for Fair Ambassador Cassie. Cassie enjoyed the seminars and the full slate of activities over the weekend! She delivered a wonderful speech and elevator pitch on stage today. Her speech described a rag quilt that she entered in a fair that got her interested in becoming more involved with the Fair, and how local fairs are warm, homemade by volunteers, sew the fabric of the community together with common thread.

One of the best parts of being an Ambassador is making new friends in other areas of the province at the OAAS Convention and the CNE. Cassie was on stage to watch her good friend Olivia from Lindsay Ag Society win the competition which was a highlight of her day! Congratulations Olivia and have the best time as CNE Ambassador of the Fairs!

Saddle up for the Beaver Valley Fall Fair Horse Show! Was that too cheesy? Who cares!

Join us Saturday, September 12 at 1:00 p.m. at Moreau Park for a fun, friendly and casual horse show open to riders of all levels.
No fancy show clothes required, casual attire is welcome. Riders just need a helmet and boots with a heel. Ribbons will be awarded, with prizes for junior and senior high points.

Entry info:
$10 annual Fair membership
+ $5 per class OR $30 for the division
