Pete and I would like to thank everyone for coming out to our show! We wanted to acknowledge the executive of OBRA for their commitment, and hard work they put forward at our show. I have never seen so many people pitch in not only all weekend but after the last barrel race to help clean up ! I am happy to be part of such an amazing organization! This morning I looked out and couldn’t see any trace of hosting such a large event 👏🎉

We have had a lot of questions about the OBRA youth class, just a reminder this year OBRA youth class is a 3D format!!

OBRA rules state:
*To enter an OBRA recognized youth class, entrants must have been 18 years of age or YOUNGER on January 1 of the present year.
*Youth barrels shall be run as a 3-D format with a 1⁄2 & 1⁄2 second split.

On behalf of Pete Overdevest and I, we wanted to thank everyone who helped out and participated at our Terra Nova Barrel Race! All the sponsors, Barrel setters, tractor drivers, etc !! The kids worked very hard at the food booth! It was all worth while! We had over 100 trucks and trailers in the field, and well over 100 horses barrel racing! We were able to raise over $7000 again for Sleeping Children around the world (www.scaw.org) I loved seeing all the kids participating in the calf scramble Saturday night and the p*e wee barrel race Sunday! Watching the kids messing around with their pony's, I got to see a couple girls riding double on their pony riding through the horse barn giggling like crazy then the next minute playing in the pool! I love that!! This is what makes it all worth while? Thank you to everyone involved!

We are under way now for our 3rd annual Terra Nova Barrel Race! The weather has held out for us and it looks like an awesome weekend ahead! Come on out to watch and get something to eat! The kids are managing the food booth. Home made burgers from our grass fed Texas Longhorn Beef, beef on a bun, walking taco's and lots more!
