Happy Winter everyone!! It’s been awhile since I posted anything. No Excuses!! I have been away on a work project that has left me with little time for anything else. I’ve continued to pick up sharpening during my time home but wasn’t advertising.
As of now I’m home for the next while with no immediate plans to be away for the next couple months. Good time to get any sharpening done if you have the need. I’m attaching some photos of a repair and sharpening of a Japanese knive I finished this weekend.
